Questions buyers ask us

What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 stools — enough for a small bar run, with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow.

How long does production take?

2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping). The clock starts once you approve your free mockup, not when you place the order.

Do I pay anything before I see a proof?

No. We send a free mockup within 24 hours and you pay nothing until you approve the design.

How do I choose between counter and bar height?

Measure floor to the underside of your counter and send us the number. We confirm the correct height on your quote before production.

Where can the logo go?

Seat top, seat back, upholstery panel, or cast and etched into the footrest ring. Etched metal lasts longest.

Are these built for commercial use?

Yes. Everything we supply is specified for commercial venues, not domestic use, including the swivel plates and footrest welds.

Can you match our existing stools?

Usually. Send photos and measurements and we will show you the closest match on your free mockup.

Can I order outdoor and indoor together?

Yes, and we recommend it so the terrace and the bar carry identical branding and finish.
